We are a family friendly campsite, encouraging children to enjoy being in nature, away from technology. Along with our three play areas, we also have free range roaming animals including chickens, ducks, turkeys and cats. You can also to take our farm dog for a walk (ask at reception) or explore the stunning moorland countryside with child friendly walks – nearby you will find Delphy Bridge, the perfect place for a paddle.

Outdoor Park

Our large outdoor park is comprised of swings, climbing frame, gym equipment and football goals. We also have a basketball hoop located outside of our sandy play area.

Indoor Play Pen

Our smaller indoor area is located inside reception. This area is gated to allow smaller children and toddlers to explore and play freely. In this area you can find, a play kitchen, dolls house, Duplo, and various other toys. Our reception area also has sofas, a dining table area, tv, and chess set.

Sandy Play Area

In our undercover sandy play area you with find a ping pong table, badminton net, various spades and buckets and other toys for children to play with. All rackets, balls, shuttlecocks are provided free of charge – please leave the area tidy for the next people. Bodmin Moor can be known for it’s intermittent signal, as such, we offer free WiFi within this area for guests. Password can be found on the Barn Bites Cafe sign.
